By using Yomee, you may create records, save dates, add notes, attach optional photos, view history, and manage reminders. We process information only for the purposes described in this notice and do not use user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Any AI-related processing used by Yomee is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data.
If content is processed by internal systems, it is used only to provide the requested feature and is deleted after processing unless it becomes part of the user’s saved history or another user-controlled record. We do not use such data to train models, improve external services, or build behavioral profiles.
We do not share user-uploaded content with third-party AI providers, and we do not permit any third party to use user data for model training, optimization, or independent analysis.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal or operational limitations.

Yomee does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity verification based on facial or other biological characteristics. We do not create face templates or biometric profiles.
If an image is uploaded, it is handled only for the feature you requested and is deleted after processing unless you choose to keep it as part of your saved content.
Information you provide: records you create, text you enter, dates, reminders, optional photos, edits, saved history, and support communications you send to us.
Information collected automatically: device and app information, approximate usage events, crash reports, performance diagnostics, app version, operating system details, and technical identifiers needed for operation and troubleshooting.
Cookies and similar technologies: if Yomee uses web-based pages, login flows, or embedded services, cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic functionality, session management, and security. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will post the updated notice and revise the effective date.
Your continued use of Yomee after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised notice, subject to applicable law.
Yomee is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 17 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
