By accessing or using Yomee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies or rules incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Yomee after any update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Yomee, including its design, features, software, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it unless we give you prior written permission or applicable law allows it despite this restriction.
Yomee may offer coins or similar virtual currency through Apple In-App Purchase. Coins are consumable, have no cash value, and may only be used within the app for the features or services we make available.
All purchases are final to the fullest extent permitted by law. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for money, credit, or any external value, whether during or after account use, suspension, or termination.
Any automated, generated, or system-produced content within Yomee is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Such results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or otherwise unsuitable for your specific needs.
You are responsible for evaluating all outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, originality, or suitability of any generated result, and any reliance on such content is at your own risk.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, notes, recordings, and other content you submit to Yomee. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, and otherwise handle your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the app. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business, security, or backup purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yomee and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app or related service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law if no payment was made.
Yomee is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content or result will meet your expectations.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Yomee at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or liability, or used the app in a manner that may harm us, other users, or the integrity of the service.
You may stop using the app at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to content or features associated with your account, subject to any retention required by law or by our legitimate operational needs.
You agree not to misuse Yomee. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, harmful or hateful content, impersonation, scraping, automated access, circumvention of security features, and any use that interferes with or disrupts the service.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, underlying models, or system logic except where such restrictions are not allowed by law. You also may not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use bots or other automated tools to exploit the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Yomee, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the app on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If any local law requires a higher minimum age or additional consent, you must satisfy those requirements before using the service.
Yomee is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app, any feature, any content, or any purchase flow will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or environment.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including features, pricing, content, or access methods.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the accuracy of information you provide, and your use of any feature in the app. You should keep backups of important information if you need to preserve it outside Yomee.
You must ensure that your content and conduct comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others. If you upload or share material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to do so.
Yomee is a lightweight date-tracking and keepsake application centered on important dates, countdowns, reminders, calendar review, and history. The service is designed to help users record a brief daily keepsake, choose mood and scene tags, optionally add a photo, and then review that content through a today card, recent records, detail views, monthly calendar review, end-of-month recap cards, distribution summaries, and streak counts.
The app is intended to support clear, low-pressure organization of birthdays, travel dates, exams, holidays, anniversaries, and long-term plans. Its experience emphasizes quick entry, reliable reminders, timeline-style review, archive access, and theme-card saving rather than social networking, chat companionship, or AI-driven entertainment.
We may revise these Terms at any time in our discretion. If we do, we will update the effective date or provide another form of notice when appropriate.
Your continued access to or use of Yomee after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yomee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of any third party right.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Yomee for non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
You may not use the service for resale, public distribution, commercial exploitation, or any purpose that exceeds the scope of this license.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction governing the service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent such principles may be excluded by law.
